Unblocking Your Creativity with J.M. Hurley

This is an experiential session both for those who may feel stuck on their creative paths, and for those who just want to pursue new creative endeavors. As well as looking at some methods from the Artist's Way and other tools for opening the creative flow, the day will also include a guided visualisation, emotion-flow writing and the development of a personalised vision board. This workshop will involve a certain amount of interactivity and group work.
Healing with the Angels with Rosie Ismail

In this workshop Rosie will teach you how to communicate with your Angels and Guides and how to listen to and interpret the guidance and advice given. Using guided visualisations and meditations Rosie will help you work with your Angels and Guides to overcome fears and to resolve any problems or issues that need resolving. Participants will also be given the opportunity to focus on any issues specific to their own lives.

Participants are required to do some 'homework' before doing this workshop and to work with each other as well as the facilitators during the sessions. And there is also big emphasis on fun!
