Coaching
One to one coaching is a positive step towards taking control of your own life. In a one to one
coaching session the coach will work with you to review your progress to date and will then help you
to form your own personal life plan.

Follow-up reviews on a weekly or monthly basis
The normal process usually takes a maximum of four sessions face to face.
Follow-up sessions are by telephone and can be continued weekly or montly for as long as you
feel that they are of benefit to you.
This is an eight week course based on Success Skills and tailored to a teenage audience.
We offer a special service for those who live in the glare of the spotlight.
Telephone Coaching is an integral part of this service in addition to initial and periodic face to face sessions
Confidentiality is assured in all coaching relationships.
